CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

Our goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with us.  The following tips will help you make the most of your time at our salon & day spa.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment for in order to change into a robe and relax in our spa area. We respectfully request a minimum 24-hour cancellation notification.  Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of services. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% service charge of services. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation.  A credit card is necessary for reserving all appointments. In order to provide a relaxing experience we ask that you please turn off cell phones.

 

 
GIFT CARD RETURN POLICY

 

Gift cards may be refunded within 30 days to the original purchaser. A 6% administration fee will be charged to the original purchaser's card at the time of refund. All Gift Cards expire 1 year from the original purchase date.

 

 
ORGANIC PURE CARE RETURN POLICY

All products are non-refundable but is available for partial exchange within 14 days of purchase.
