Generations is proudly owned and operated by Renee' Jankowsky — wife, mother of four, and lifelong beauty professional. Originally from New York, Renee' began her career in her mother’s salon and has held her cosmetology license since 1993. With international training and a passion for entrepreneurship, she opened Generations in 2002, later expanding the space to include a clothing boutique.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Kori found her passion for cosmetology over 14 years ago while attending the International Institute of Hair Design in Raleigh. She specializes in color formulation and corrective color, and continues to grow her skills through ongoing education, including airbrush tanning. As General Manager at Generations, Kori loves helping guests feel confident and beautiful. Outside the salon, she enjoys family time, cooking, reading, and adventures with her daughter and two beloved pit bulls, Sable and Layla.

A southern Virginia native, Brooke has been in the beauty industry for over 18 years and has been with Generations since 2002. A former manager, she now works part-time to enjoy more family time, but her passion for cosmetology and dedication to her loyal clients keep her behind the chair doing what she loves.

April has been a dedicated hairstylist since 2005, bringing experience and care to every guest she serves. A proud mom of one and stepmom to two bonus kids, she lives in Wake Forest and loves spending time with her family and husband. April’s warm personality and passion for her craft make every salon visit a great experience.

Delaney began her hairstyling career in 2023 and has quickly developed a passion for creating beautiful, customized looks. She specializes in blonding and loves helping clients achieve their dream hair. Outside the salon, Delaney enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jada is an up-and-coming talent in the beauty industry and a valued part of the Generations team. She lives in Middlesex and is passionate about learning and growing her skills in all things hair. Jada brings great energy to the salon and loves being part of a team that helps clients feel their best.

 Lindsey has been a friendly and familiar face at Generations for over 6 years. She lives in Franklinton and plays a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest. From scheduling to customer care, Lindsey helps keep the salon running seamlessly with her warm personality and attention to detail.

Susan is one of the welcoming faces at our front desk, always ready to help make each guest’s visit smooth and enjoyable. She brings a calm, friendly energy to the team and loves connecting with clients. Outside of the salon, Susan stays busy as a proud mom to her 5-year-old daughter, cherishing their time together.

Alex has been an essential part of the Generations team since 2021. As Director of Operations, she helps ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—from team coordination to daily logistics. Her organization, leadership, and dedication help create the seamless experience our guests and staff enjoy every day.

Kimberly has been a licensed aesthetician since 2005 with a passion for skincare and holistic healing. She specializes in customized facials, advanced treatments, and organic skincare tailored to each client’s unique needs. Experienced in brow shaping and tinting as well as lash tinting, Kimberly uses the Green Envy product line to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while educating and empowering them on their skincare journey.
