Policies

Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us.  the following tips will help you to make the most of your time at our spa.  We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to your scheduled appointment in order to change and relax in our Spa area.  We respectfully request a minimum 24-hour cancellation notification.  Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge.  Failure to not show for an appointment will result in a full service charge.  We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation.  A credit card is necessary for reserving a Spa appointment. Lockers are provided for personal belongings.  We regret, however, that we cannot be responsible for lost of damaged belongings.  In order to provide a relaxing experience we ask that you please turn off pagers and cell phones.
